Information you share
When a parent or guardian makes an enquiry, we collect the student’s name, class, subject, board, medium and location, and the parent’s name, mobile number and email. You may also share a preferred timing and learning requirements. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
How information is used
Glimsia Global Learning, a learning initiative by Glimsia Global, uses this information to respond to enquiries, understand learning needs and arrange a suitable teacher or demo. Enquiry details are stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore when the service is configured.
Analytics choices
With your permission, Firebase Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as demo clicks and successful enquiries. Form contents are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.
Access and requests
To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact Glimsia Global through its company website. We use information for the enquiry and associated learning services, and keep it only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Children’s information
This form is intended for parents and guardians. A parent or guardian should submit and manage enquiries for children.
